1. Acceptance
By using Shopify Scraper you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Shopify Scraper allows you to export product data from Shopify stores to CSV format. We are not affiliated with Shopify Inc. You are responsible for using the tool in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the sites you access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or abuse the platform (e.g. excessive automated requests). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
4. Account and payment
You must provide accurate registration information. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
We own the Shopify Scraper product and branding. You retain rights to your data. Export data from third-party stores may be subject to their terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss arising from use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
